Based on the first couple of comments, I'm guessing you're brewing a Nut Brown Ale then?
Do tell. What sort of beer making kit did Santa bring? You've got to keep us posted!

Why no discussion on Deschutes Brewery Craft beers? Love their stuff.
I will have to look for them the next time I go to the store for some serious blogging. Sadly I have been a little busy these last few months. Thanks for the tip!
