The only thing that can trump a demon would maybe be a minotaur. Someone point out a beer with a minotaur on the label and I will seek it out at any cost.
This is an excellent beer from a brewery that is new to me. Everything you are looking for in an IPa is here- abundant hops, citrus zest and a nice kick from the alcohol. This beer tastes 'clean' to me. HopDevil makes it apparent from the first sip that top notch ingredients are used. It almost tastes healthy!
I am looking forward to getting my mitts on some more products from Victory ASAP. This was a nice under the radar find. Definitely a beer that makes me happy to be doing this blog.
